How much notice is required to make a reservation?

Sub Shuttle suggests that you book a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure a car will be available. However, we can often provide unscheduled pickups. You may call us or check online for same ­day availability.

Will I get a call when my car arrives?

As a courtesy to our customers we do attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location. However, we are not always able to contact passengers upon a driver’s arrival due to heavy call volume.

Can the driver come into my building to pick up my luggage and bring it out to the car?

Unfortunately, drivers are unable to leave their vehicles unattended. The drivers will be pleased to assist with your luggage from the front of your building to the vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the type of service you book and will be specified in your contract.

May I make a last minute change to my reservation?

Sub Shuttle attempts, to the best of its ability, to accommodate last minute changes. If you would like to make a change to your reservation, please notify us of your change at least 2 hours in advance for longer distance pick­ups and at least 3 hours in advance for pick­ups outside of California.

If I have already booked a reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?

After you retrieve your luggage, please call us with your confirmation number so that we can
direct you to your car. The driver will pick you up within minutes at a designated curbside meeting point located right outside your baggage claim. You may reach us at 866 256 8182 at a ground transportation information desk at your terminal.

For airport pickups, must I reserve a car in advance or can I call for a car once I land? How long will it take to pick me up?

Sub Shuttle can generally provide unscheduled airport pickups. Please call us once you have
landed to check our availability. If you would like to ensure availability, we recommend that you book a car in advance. It takes approximately 5­8 minutes for the driver to pull up to your terminal.

Who are your drivers?

Sub Shuttle Chauffeurs maintain the highest standards of excellence in the industry. Each chauffeur is fully trained and licensed for existing routes. To ensure customer satisfaction, chauffeurs always maintain a professional demeanor, including proper business etiquette and business attire. No chauffeur is hired if the chauffeur has a conviction for a DUI, reckless driving, crime against a person, or whose DMV records show more than Three points in penalties within the last 10 years.

What are the different vehicles I can choose from?

Which areas do you service?

We service events across the nation through our affiliate network. You will still get the same top­shelf Sub shuttle management service. We own and operate one of the U.S. largest fleet of luxury, eco­friendly vehicles.

Does it have to be a day trip?

You can use Sub Shuttle for excursions of a few hours or a few days whatever you need for your perfect group experience or event.

Do you provide snacks to riders?

Our Sub Shuttle adventures on events can also include snacks or water. Make sure to provide this request to your dedicated account representative upon booking.

Do you have a mobile app?

Download the Sub Shuttle Tracker app from the Google Play store to always stay connected to your commuter route! Receive real time tracking so you always know when the bus will be at your stop.

Are your vehicles comfortable?

With leatherette seating, climate control, custom interiors, tables and tray tables (on some vehicles), you and your passengers will ride in comfort and style.

Is drinking allowed on board?

Yes, if you arrange it with us in advance. For the safety of everyone on board, glass bottles are not permitted.

Are there restrooms on board?

Our larger motor coaches have restrooms on board. If you require a restroom, make sure to let us know so that we can ensure your vehicle has one.
